Purchases may be made online anytime, 24 hours a day.
All orders and emails will be checked during regular business hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Payment methods
Little Extensions’ preferred method of payment is PayPal. Paypal is easy, it accepts major credit cards and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to use it.

For anyone wishing to make a payment via direct deposit or Australia Post Money Orders, Bank Cheque and Personal Cheque. Email us at orderonline@littlextensions.com.au or call 0422 617 686 to place your order. Payment details will be included on your invoice.

Please note goods will only be dispatched when payment has cleared.

Pricing & GST
All prices quoted are GST excluded, and will be calculated at the end on all goods and services provided. Little Extensions reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Delivery
Little Extensions will deliver Australia Wide via Australia Post, and we strive to have all orders posted the same, or next, working day. If paying by direct deposit or cheque, orders will not be posted until payment has cleared. (Please refer to our Payment Details.) You should normally receive your order within 3 working days, however some remote areas may take longer. If for any reason there is a delay in the processing or shipping of your order, Little Extensions will notify you.

Postage & Handling
Fees are set at a flat rate for all of Australia. We use Parcel Post for all orders, $5.00 flat fee.
If Little Extensions is a gift, just place the recipient’s address onto the order and we can deliver it to them.

Damaged in transit
In the rare instance your Little Extensions are damaged during transit, please return within 7 days, unused and in the original packaging. An exchange will then be made. Please email us or call Franca on 0422 617 686 to arrange a replacement.
